Normally, the Elders’ response would be unprintable. After all, who *^&%@#&^ cares?

OK, fine. Anyway, what is really of notice is the responses to this article. Some of them, at least. Why is it that each time the word “anti-Semitism” appears in print, it immediately draws all the slithering creatures that should feel much better under the stones they belong to?
To start with – mildly infected nimrods:

And since you are direct and to the point, we’ll give you a direct and free advice: go buy a banjo, choose a convenient monument in Washington, have a seat in the vicinity and sing the text quoted above to the tune of Yankee Doodle. You will be the rave of the city in no time, I promise. You may even use the proceeds to buy yourself a trailer in Oklahoma, where, with deity help, you shall become another victim of a beer OD.

Yes. But anti-Semites come out whenever, and wherever, the topic of Jews or Israel is broached.
I know they read my blog. That is why I have the No Israel-Bashing Zone rule in place. I read that filth everywhere else. I’ll be damned if I read it here, on my nickel.
Seems they don’t like being yelled at or deleted when they try to peddle their hate, though.
I have also noticed that a lot of the nutcakes who post anti Semitic statements on Haaretz and YNET give themselves Jewish or Heberew sounding names as well. Melanie Phillips who runs an excellent blog eventually did away with readers comments due to the excessive anti Semitic filth that ws psoted there.
Joel, that’s a common tactic of the anti-Semite. They lie and pretend to be Jewish. I have experienced these morons for literally decades, since I was on Usenet. I know every tack they take, every lie they tell, and I can generally tell them from a mile away.
Which is not to say that you don’t have Jewish Jew-haters, unfortunately. But most of the ones using Jewish names–aren’t.
What the hell, Jews know why they are hated. They are hated because they are Jews, period. This goes all the way back to Classical times, when the Greeks in Alexandria hated the Jews in Alexandria, and rioted against them periodically. This resulted in the Roman occupiers slapping down the Greeks. There is a whole literature about the poor darlings called The Acts of the Alexandrine Martyrs.
The Jews ought to consider what they have done to be hated? Somebody has not been paying attention. What did Jews do to the Germans to precipitate the Holocaust? Zilch. What did the Jews do to Russians to cause centuries of pogroms? Nada. What did Jews do to the French to cause the hysteria of the Dreyfus case and mobs howling in the streets of the so-called City of Light “Death to the Jews?” Nothing, the whole thing was a frame-up of an innocent man. All too typical. Goyim commit a crime and blame it on the Jews, thus using it as an excuse to kill them.
People who complain about Jews referring to the Holocaust forget that nobody ever was treated that way before, the deliberate annihilation of an entire people, as far as the Nazis could reach. Now the Muslims parrot the lies of the Nazis and invent new ones of their own, saying they will finish the job Hitler started. If Jews sound paranoid to less sensitive ears they have good reason to be.
There are no rational reasons for antisemitism, it just is, always has been, and I’m afraid always will be. The best we can hope for is that their malevolence will be kept under control by the larger society, or that Jews can defend themselves against them when they come, once again, to kill.
Ah, well. I would like to mention here that we welcome all kinds on SimplyJews, the more the merrier.

True. I generally enjoy reading FARK; but for just about every post that even tangentially has to do with Israel or a Jewish person, you can be confident that there will be some at least moderately anti-Semitic comments.
