Don’t be ridiculous, Israel can’t prosecute its own soldiers, that’s why the world wants to do it for her: Something that the world knows for a fact. The State Dept. toes the Palestinian line: Don’t worry, if Mahmoud Abbas runs out of excuses for direct talks with Israel, the State Department will help him find more. Destruction of illegal buildings? “Hurt chances for direct talks.” Palestinian incitement and intransigence? Business as usual.
Yeah, the blockade runners are pretty sure the IDF won’t be so nice next time around: I think the blockade runners may have gotten the point that the IDF won’t be allowing any ships into Gaza. The Libyan ship went to Egypt. I read somewhere that the captain said IDF missile boats had formed a “wall” blocking his entry. Well, duh. That’s what a blockade is supposed to be all about.
