Turkey turns on Israel

Another Muslim country has decided that years of good relations with Israel must be sacrificed to the altar of the Palestinians.

In the last week, Turkey banned Israel from an annual multinational army drill, causing the U.S. to pull out and Turkey to cancel the drill. Turkey signed a civil and defense pact with Syria. And Turkey’s prime minister accused Israel of using phosphoros against “innocent children” in Gaza.

Barry Rubin says the Israel-Turkey alliance is over. I’m no expert, just a collecter of information. I agree. And it’s very bad for Israel.

The alliance is certainly over for now. But I wonder how strong it really was.

Thank you Obama for making it okay to hate Israel again… Because having hardliners take over the middle east is gonna be “AWESOME!”

Oh. And I got MY Nobel Prize this morning. They’re smaller then you’d think, I got mine for solving world hunger, and creating cold fusion. Well, I’m just THINKING about it right now. But don’t worry. I’ll get it eventually… (After all, they don’t take them back if I fail later right?)

This is due to the rise of the Islamists in Turkish politics. That rise will be bad news for the US, Europe, and the Turks themselves before this is done.
