Let’s try a thought experiment

I just disabled registration and enabled commenting.

Soccer Dad’s previous post got picked up by Yahoo! News.

Shall we start a pool on the number of anti-Israel comments that wind up in the moderation queue?

Update: Two in eleven minutes.

Update two: Way more than that. Five in the pending queue (probably won’t get approved), several approved, and more coming.

  3. Yeah, those are the kind of comments that I generally delete here. It’s the No Israel-Bashing Zone policy.

    Meryl –

    Your co-Religionist Richard Falk says
Israel is guilty of war crimes – again.

    Care to comment?

  5. Sure. Richard Falk is an asshole. Oh, and he’s wrong.

The story about a crisis of isolation seems to go deeper. Last week there was a talk of economic sanctions from Japan and sanctions against El Al in the EU. Both had non-political rationalizations, but in both cases the cover story made no sense. Then the story yesterday about the Israeli Chief of staff not being able to get any meetings in Washington.

At the same time, there’s this sudden awareness across the civilized world that Durban was flawed.

This doesn’t look like bumbling to me. It looks very coordinated.

    “Your co-Religionist Richard Falk”

When is the last time he was seen in shul? I suspect a lot of these “co-religionists” are no more observant than Chuckie Freeman.

  8. CORWIN says:

    Meryl,
Is Rupert Murdoch a Secret Jew?Why else would he talk of Israel’s survival as necessary to us?

  9. long_rifle says:

    I’ll put a 10 spot down on 45 anti-Israeli comments in 24 hours…

And I’ll put 100 down on all 45 having the COMBINED IQ of a turnip. But who needs to be capable of free thought when the “ultra-super-secret-Jew-lobby” is apparently doing all our thinking for us? Meryl, what are us non-Jews allowed to think today? I certainly don’t want to upset the USSJL.

Someone should remind the UN that Jews run the whole world and they should stop trying to help Muslims destroy Israel….

  10. Pamela says:

Why is that the IQ of turnips are always disparaged by comparing them with assorted idgets?

How about the IQ of a tapeworm?

  11. Michael Lonie says:

    Corwin,
Because Mr. Murdoch is a foresighted and observant man. Any other questions?

The Lord is going to be very pissed if Israel’s enemies manage to commit genocide on another five million Jews. The last time the Scum Of The Earth did that, the German Nazis, ten percent of their population was killed in the War. With today’s SOTE enemies of Israel, that would be about 100 million Muslims or more. If the Muslims actually believed that Allah intervenes in Earthly affairs they’d look at what happened to the Nazis and make peace with Israel PDQ, before the wrath of The Lord smites them.

On a less fanciful note, letting Israel’s enemies destroy the state and finish the job the Nazis started would be evidence of a profound sickness and Death Wish on the part of Western Civilization. In such a case you can kiss that civilization goodbye. It will not long survive Israel’s destruction and, if Western Civilization sits around sucking its thumb and holding its security blanket while Israel’s enemies do the job, it won’t deserve to survive.
