So I make it through the worst of Virginia’s pollen season. We’re about done here, folks, and we’re like number seven in the nation (and not in a good way) for allergens.
And I’m going to NJ this weekend for a family thing, and what time of year is it?

I’ve been sick as a dog due to the unusually high pollen count this year myself. Warm winter combined with a lot of rain has done it.

But now they sell some stuff over the counter here. Makes you.. kind of high, but does its job amazingly well.
Yes. Mothers’ Day will be spent with antihistamines and tissues. My car is yellow from tree pollen which the rain (if it comes) should wash off.
Meryl, look on the bright side. As a divorcee, you are spending Mothers’ Day with your mother, not your (ex) mother-in-law.
