A UN spokesman says Hamas police in Gaza have seized thousands of blankets and food parcels meant for needy residents.
Spokesman Christopher Gunness says Hamas police raided a UN warehouse in Gaza City on Tuesday evening. He says police snatched 3,500 blankets and more than 400 food parcels.
And let me remind you that it is wintertime, and Hamas is stealing blankets. Remember that the next time you see a wire service report about the freezing Palestinians who need blankets.
To sum up: Hamas is stealing aid from the UN and then selling it to the people who need it the most. And the IDF did not bomb the UNRWA school, as was claimed by the UN and repeated uncritically by so many media outlets.
