Well, there’s nothing to do this morning but hope and pray and wait.
They didn’t tell me exactly when Gracie’s going into surgery, only that it’s this morning.
Last night on the way home, I popped in the Mary Chapin Carpenter tape. She’s my musical comfort food.
I’ll post from work when I hear anything.

Have the vet save the hairball then auction it on eBay to help pay for the bills.

Well, nothing yet, but I think the longer I go without hearing anything, the better for Gracie. If they just open her up to find something inoperable, they’d call right away.
