I idly wondered about the availability of gluten free matzo. Turns out Amazon sells it, by a company called Yehuda. Maybe you know all about it, but I didn’t. Going to the Yehuda website, I found a not-gluten free product, chocolate covered matzot. Will wonders never cease?
