In reply to Russ. Russ, it's self-published. There is no hardcover and no mass-market paperback. Trade paperback is the only one there is. So if you're waiting for the mass-market, well....

I have no idea whether I am atypical these days, but I don’t have a Kindle and I generally don’t buy trade paperbacks – I much prefer the smaller and less expensive mass-market ones (I even have a bookcase made for them and too short for the larger ones). That’s what’s really keeping me from adding to your sales.

I suppose the publishers know something I don’t, though. I’m finding a number of books that are not being made available in my preferred format – books that I would otherwise buy in a heartbeat.
