Nothing CAN change until the Palestinians stop trying to win the war of 1948 and eliminate the Jewish state. Even the most reasonable of proposals by them at the moment would lead to Israel being in a far worse position than it was in 1967 before the war. The Palestinians do not seem close to accepting anything that might work, neither do the rest of the Arab nations. Until that changes, all that can happen is more talk and more blame, because nothing can be accomplished.
