And if it did happen there would be no need to dismantle “settlements.” The only way “settlements” should be dismantled is if there is a total exchange of populations, with all Arab Israelis moving to the “West Bank” – and that’s not going to happen, either.

In short, there is no possible end game unless the Palestinians change or there is a total war.
