Time marches on.  The longer the PA stalls, the harder it becomes for Israel to make &quot;compromises&quot;.  What happens when Israel finalizes the border that she feels acceptable and simply tells the world that&#039;s it?

At some point, reality becomes the precondition, and the charade ends.
