They wield it like a sword. They’re probably banking on people reacting to it – so they can ridicule it. Same reason The_One hasn’t taken on the birthers, or provided his college transcripts, why there’s no explanation of why he and Michelle were disbarred in Illinois, etc.

Because when people bring it up, they throw out the ridicule, and discredit their opponents, even when those opponents are asking legitimate, reasonable questions. Today’s Democrats have very little to offer but Soviet-style socialism, and they know it isn’t palatable, so they have became experts on propoganda. And that’s one thing they are very very good at…
