She doesn’t seem to find that worth mentioning.

As usual the issue is actually quite simple despite her attempt to introduce complexity and balancing into it. If Hamas actually stopped shooting and stopped trying to murder the borders would be opened up. Or is this yet another concession Israel should make to show good faith?
