Blockade runners can be logically assumed never to be just a political statement
for “the rights of man”, it is just to dangerious a game of chicken. I see this to be like the J.F.K. blockade of Cuba. Personally, I would give advanced worning, sink the blockade runner, pull the crews and passengers from the
water. Anyone that was armed or shot at me from the water would stay there and tred water. And yes, that encludes
supposed “relief carrying” vessels that would not submit to search. What valid reason would a totally peaceful
vessel have not to submit ?
