That’s a pretty pompous name for “talks” in which the Arabs refuse to sit in the same room with the Israelis they are supposed to be negotiating with, for fear of getting cooties. If the Obama Administration had the brains the Lord gave a butter clam, they would realize that such behavior reveals that the Arabs have no intention whatsoever in making peace. But that’s “realism” for you.
