She lost interest after Tig died. She used to go out on my patio in the old apartment, but nowadays, her demesne is my office, my bedroom, and the bathroom (for petting in and drinking water from the sink). I tried to get Tig interested, but then I put on my new boots and he freaked out because, well, they’re new. And different. So he hid upstairs while I went out to take pictures and see how deep the snow was around my building.

I’m going to shovel my neighbor’s walk this morning, so I may get him interested in coming outside. I’m also considering whether or not to shovel my deck. It’s only seven inches of snow, so I’m inclined to not bother. I may make a path to put out birdseed, though.

Heading out to Sarah’s today. I has a Jeep. We laugh in the face of snow! (Well, at least, in seven inches of snow. A couple of feet, no, I wouldn’t bother.)
