They do not imagine that their comfortable world could be destroyed by Yahoos from the desert. Let the Yahoos get nukes and you’ll be amazed at what damage they can do. Just listen to Ahmedinejad for a sample. Klein can no more imagine that her cozy world can come to an end than the people in 1939 could imagine the genocide to come. We know what happened then, and have no excuse for such complacency about threats to Jews or to decent civilization today.
