I suspect I know the history as well or better than you do. That is not relevent. Ive served in the military and have seen enough hate and killing for a dozen lifetimes. I still have shrapnel in my back. Personally, I’ll work for peace. You keep working on being right.

I really, truly, do not appreciate your snide remarks and complete misrepresentation of my position. I’ve stated numerous times that none of us love violence and that we want it to end. You must not have been following this conflict for very long and you must not know much about it if you don’t understand that there is a long, long history of seeking solutions.

Educate yourself about what is really going on before you glibly accuse people you don’t even know of hatred and the mammon. Go spend some time with Hamas if you want to see hatred, Jim.

I guess there is no solution then. Enjoy your own brand of hate and intolerance but remember, it’s no better than the other guy’s.

You have convinced me Jen. Kill for Peace. Don’t look for alternatives. Might is always right and there is way more money to be made by everyone when there is a good war going on.

Jim, if you think that UN peacekeepers have an exceptional record, you really need to read the op-ed I linked to just above your comment. They do NOT have a remotely decent record.

And for the record, I didn’t say that I WANTED the police to show up. I used that as an example of what’s not happening for Israel. She must defend herself because, as Vaultenblogger says, the alternatives you’ve named are laughable.
