I had no idea that they could do that with a phone system. Unless it’s just a matter of getting a phone book and placing lots of international calls.

The radio and TV thing would more properly be called “jamming” than “hacking”, I think. It’s just a matter of transmitting a more powerful signal on the same frequency. We have airplanes that can override enemy broadcasts like that. Little studios inside them and everything.
