I wonder why they&#039;re upset with Putin?  He&#039;s bringing back the pure form of Russian government, that which has been Russia&#039;s unique form since the time of the Mongols: patrimonialism.  Pretty soon everything will belong to the government again, and &quot;he who does not obey does not eat&quot; will once again, as in the time of the Communists or that of the Tsars before the emancipation of the nobility in the 18th Century, the guiding maxim of the Russian economy and polity.  Everybody will exst to serve the new Tsar, as state servitos.  What could be more Russian than that?]]></description>
