Israel has been saying “take my lunch money, please” to its regional bullies – and demonstrating its subservience to media opinion – for a long time. This invites attack and disgust.

America’s government leaning on Israel to stop fighting the Arabs shooting rockets at Israel hospitals and schools and homes is disusting. My effing tax dollars at work. Condi should spend her time on matters of greater concern, such as what to do about Iran. She has shown herself to be a klutz as SecState so far.

Memo to Condi: it’s help your friends and hurt your enemies, not the other way around.

As for the Turks, when they stop fighting the PKK and let them do whatever damage they want against Turkey, then the Turks can criticize Israel for fighting back against the Palis, not before.
