It seems that we are using different optometrists. These two sentences:

1. “It’s only when you hear a person from Hamas talking that you realise how rare it is to hear a person from Hamas talking.”

and

2. “It couldn’t have come at a more relevant time, given the escalation of conflict between Hamas and Israel in the last couple of months.”

are what caused me to write what I have written about the beginning of her article. Obviously we read the above differently, thus your unusually bountiful lather. Kinda disgraceful for a grown-up, esp. one with British upbringing, wouldn’t you say?

Not “In the beginning of the article” as you suggest. Not in the middle. Nor at the end.

She simply and economically tells us what Hamad said – without adornment or comment. SHe does not as you say “accept or embrace” his message. She simply reports it.

It’s a pity you couldn’t do the same.

Instead you just make things up.
