Buckley Jr. once jokingly suggested that conservatives should express their disapproval of the Supreme Court&#039;s penchant for amending the Constitution according to Earl Warren&#039;s whim by delivering a paean to the Supreme Court; they should go to the Supreme Court building and pee on it.

As for the new definition of protected (non)speech, does that mean that if I go and fling a huge pile of horse manure at Nancy Pelosi&#039;s feet to express my opinion of her Copperhead tendencies, I will not be arrested and fined for that?  Somehow I doubt it.]]></description>
