					<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s just your standard recipe. Chicken, parsnip, carrots, celery, celery leaf, dill, one onion quartered. I&#039;ve been caramelizing the onion to sweeten it, but this time I simply cut it up and put it in.

I also take the carrots out with the rest of the vegetables after the soups been simmering an hour, then put in new carrots when I put in the matzo balls. It makes them far less mushy and more flavorful. I really like carrots in the soup.

I think it just worked out perfectly. Sometimes it doesn&#039;t. The last soup wasn&#039;t nearly as good.]]></description>
