It’s usually bad.

So when events get to be too much, we have cats.

Cats are always good. Well, not in behavior, but to look at. Soothing. Cute. Funny.

They’re a cure for bad news.

Oh, and this isn’t an Israeli blog. It’s a blog about Jewish and Israeli issues, plus cats. And personal things.

And juvenile scorn. Lots of that.

The fur on his belly gets the most tangled, and sometimes mats. Rarely, thankfully. I’ve discovered that one of the few things Tig does NOT object to is having a mat cut out. His little kitty brain manages to figure out that I’m making something uncomfortable go away.

I haven’t been brushing him due to paying excessive attention to Gracie’s illness, but thanks for reminding me. I’ll get him today. Gracie, too. They both love it.

The rest of his odd ritual is the way he encircles the bowl with his paws.

It seems that in some pics of him, his fur is in place and kinda trim looking and then in others it looks like he took a ride in the clothes-dryer for 45 minutes…

While you are between jobs, why don’t you start working on a book. A good idea could be a book for Jewish teenagers teaching truth, before they get hit with anti-semitism in college.
Other ideas will occur to you, I’m sure.
