The thing that really kills me is that the instructions were crystal clear. All you have to do is read and follow them, and you’re done. She didn’t need my help.

‘Course, you can’t tell them that, because they don’t believe you.

I have to hand it to Vonage, though. They had really well-done instructions that had you choose a scenario and go to the page that reflected your setup. Kinda like those “Make your own adventure” books. Without the deadly conflict and treasure.

I know what you mean,
my friend has a similer Router/modem issue and he asked me if I can come over and take a look at. – I have yet to do so since I havn’t had the time – but I know that it’s going to be a couple of hours of work – oh well that’s what friends are for.
