I’m surprised it hasn’t. But the Israelis seem to have decided to fance them off first, and see if that works reasonably well. If it does, they’ll let the Palis squat in their own squalor for as long as they insist on being barbarians. The Palis had better be content with that. I think the Palis really don’t want to see what the alternative is.
