They cannot even rule themselves, as witness their inability to refrain from rioting and killing people over trivia.

I had to ask myself what were the Muslims rioting about in Nigeria? They killed Nigerian Christians and burned churches because of some banal cartoons in Denmark that none of them had ever seen? That’s just an excuse, and any convenient excuse will do for riotous killing sprees, even a lie (or perhaps I should say especially a lie). No, what these riots mainly are is actions intended to keep uppity kaffirs in their place by intimidating them. It works too, as witness all the news media refusing to print the cartoons and all the apologists in the West for any atrocity committed by Muslims. It’s sort of like lynching blacks in the Jim Crow South. That’s Muslim tolerance 21st Century style for you.
