I wouldn’t be too surprised if the two established diplomatic relations before the decade is out, personally. Israel’s certainly willing, and Pakistan is tired of seeing Israel help India with advanced weaponry. Of course, I could just be overly optimistic… but the signs are there.

That is less than ten cents from each Muslim in America. Why should the non-Muslim world care if the relatively wealthy American Muslim community does not? Clearly, these people think that non-Muslims are obligated to help Muslims, and that is the mentality Musharraf is displaying.
