I’m back. Did you miss me?

I got tired of blogging earlier this year. I pretty much quit. Thought that was the end of it, I’d stop posting my thoughts about Israel and Jewish issues and politics and cats. Okay, never cats. Figured I’d just start my writing blog up, talk about writing and daily life. Yeah, that went well. Not.

So I’m back. There are so many issues in the world today that are pissing me off, and I’m tired of annoying my friends and relatives on Facebook with my politics, so I’m going to post here again. And I’m probably going to say “fuck” a lot more.

Part of the reason I quit? I thought I should keep a lower profile for my writing career. I want people to buy my books, and lots of people won’t buy your books if you hold political views they don’t care for. You know what?

Fuck those people.

If you’re not going to buy my books because you don’t like the way I think about Israel, fuck you.

If you’re not going to buy my books because I’m Jewish, fuck you.

If you’re not going to buy my books because you don’t like my politics, fuck you.

If you’re not going to buy my books because you don’t like me, well, okay. That’s your choice. But fuck you for not liking me. Because I am a thoroughly likeable person.

So, yeah, let’s just consider the last four months an extremely long vacation from blogging. I’m back, and I’m not going to hold back anymore.

I was one of the first Jbloggers. I started my blog before Instapundit started his. April 22, 2001. That was the date of my first post. Blogging–I can’t quit you.

Oh, and buy my fucking books.
