It depends on how stubborn she is but this is the method I used to train my Bengal and my aerialist oriental mix to stay off bookcases. Take various sizes of shirt/tie boxes or any small flat box that is about the size of a paperback. Put enough pea size gravel or spare buttons in the boxes to make them rattle. Balance the boxes on the edges of the bookcase shelves so she has to step on them to get on the shelf. When she jumps on the shelf both she and box fall with the box making a Huge racket. Only her pride is hurt and she thinks the bookcase is attacking her. It only took a week before my bookcases were cat-less. Note I always allowed the cats on the bottom shelf if you want Meimei to avoid that one also I haven’t a clue
Simple temporary solution, move the books out to the edge of the bookcase for now.
