I have a bunch of matzoh farfel that I want to use and I thought I’d try making stuffing. Anyone have a decent recipe?

If I were snarky, I’d suggest that “decent” and “matzoh farfel” are rarely seen in the same sentence. But I’m not snarky (heh) and I actually like matzoh farfel. Sorta. Alas, I have no recipes that I can personally vouch for, but you can use any good bread stuffing recipe and simply soak the farfel in broth so it loses its gravelly consistency. Onions, celery, and a bit of sage; that’s the ticket.
