Actually, it’s for cell phone spammers. I suddenly started getting a boatload of solicitors calling my cell number, and it’s pissing me off no end, since I pay for those calls. Three since yesterday. Makes me wonder which site I stupidly put my cell phone number in when buying or contributing something. I usually put my area code and 555-1212 when you have to put a phone number in a form.
