Semper Fi

My nephew arrived in boot camp sometime early Tuesday morning. His parents got the “I’m here safe and sound” phone call at 1:20 a.m.

I’ll be visiting Parris Island in about three months, watching a group of young men and women officially become Marines. I’ll be sure to post pictures.

I am very, very proud of my nephew. He has grown up to be an amazing young man.
