This is of a piece with Fatah dropping the clauses from its charter about destroying Israel, an action universally referred to as a sign of concilitian although they didn't actually do it. They said she would pass a resolution considering the offended clauses inoperative. They never actually did that, just said they were going to. As usual, from the Arabs words, from the Jews deeds.
