It is not ad hominem to point out that the mandate to investigate was one sided, that the investigating panel included people with a history of biased remarks and who had publicly announced the outcome before the investigation began, and that the investigating panel ignored the context of events, ignored evidence unfavorable to their conclusion, uncritically accepted evidence from sources known to be unreliable, and credited evidence that had been refuted.
