    Good news. I thought he was dead years ago, murdered by the creeps who captured him. I pray he really does return safely.

    Now who is going to bring Hamas to the bar of justice for its criminal actions with respect to Shalit? For example: failing to have the International Red Cross visit him at regular intervals to ensure he was not being mistreated against the Fourth Geneva Convention on Prisoners of War. Shalit is a soldier, was captured while in uniform, and his captors are obligated, under international law, to treat him in accordance with those conventions.

    Oh right, he’s a Jew and Israeli, so he is not protected by internaional law. Silly me.
