I know I should write about all the serious things going down, like the Goldstone Commission hatchet job. Or ACORN. And yet, all I want to do is, well, walk on the beach, swim, and take pictures of giant gulls. (I’ll have a picture later on that shows how huge these suckers are.)
So nope. Nothing serious. Not yet.
A good book, some chocolate, a chair and umbrella….life doesn’t get any better

Watch out for those gulls, Meryl, especially if you have food. A few years ago one snatched
a sandwich right out my hand! They have no shame (kind of like Richard Goldstone).
