Last year I think I made spagetti sauce with veal and lamb meatballs and veal sausage (lamb sausage does not go with spagetti sauce). It just seems to make it meaner and if there's something to warm the cold cockles of my evil heart, it's angry PETA nitwits. Darnit, I forgot.
