    Most appropriate reply I can think of:

    G-d bless us, every one.

    (I shouldn’t be on-line, but a lingering flu is keeping me away from family and other gatherings. Don’t want to infect my 80-year-old parents or my 7-month-old great-nephew. Or anyone else, of course, but especially them.)
