Although… if the game is *relative* global decline the Europeans are paying a lot more than we are. Not that it’s going to be an issue for much longer: soon enough they’re going to have to repay to replenish Hamas’s stock of post-Gaza-operation rockets. Copyright issues are going to be a drop in the bucket.

Sorry, Meryl – Fateh.net is a PLO website, that I discovered allowed anyone to create their own blog. So as a joke I made amyisraelchai.fateh.net and Brian at Snapped Shot made destroy.fateh.net. An anonymous person made apnews.fateh.net as a place to put media bias articles and I was given permission to post there, so I copied your good post about AP bias. My point above is that you should sue the PLO, as owners of the site, for hosting your material without permission!

And indeed I owe you some munchies.

I’m not sure it’s a nomenclature issue, but why quibble? Technically I was just quoting Elder’s title – so my use of the word definitely falls under fair use. His theft of your intellectual property, on the other hand, is probably something you want to have a lawyer look into :-D

Not while I can pull it back, it hasn’t.

Band-aid is still a copyrighted term,and so are Xerox and Kleenex.

I should find my old Terms of Use that I wrote after reading some phenomenally long and stupid Terms of Use for some software. I believe I mentioned Godiva chocolates in mine.
