UPDATE: Interestingly, or perhaps not, this article on Kristallnacht featured on the Guardian’s Comment is Free has exactly zero comments. It’s true. The Brits don’t really give a damn about dead Jews. Only live Palestinians.

    Meryl - I found your observation amazing that there were no comments at all, but I figured - give it a day or two.

    Wow - when I checked out the comments on the article, there was one - this is part of it:

    It is a pity that what should “never again” happen, happens around the world. Perhaps we should stop and re-think the wave of Islamophobia that seems to be infecting many societies, including in my own country.

    Someone’s doing an amazing job of drilling a false sense of Islamic victimhood into people’s heads.

    Teacup must be missing the numerous countries where sharia law is being implemented.

    It’s getting pathetic.
