It may soon be the case that the only state in the Middle East where Christians can live without fear of persecution will be the Jewish one. Now there is irony for you. I do not believe that the Palestinian Arabs want a state. They want to kill Jews, and will accept any tyrant who will lead them in doing so. Once that is accomplished they won't care if they are independent or ruled by Syria, Iraq, or Egypt (they won't want Jordan, it's kings have always been too reluctant about murdering Jews). With Hamas they may even accept Iran, despite its being Shi'a and Persian. Mostly they went to Israel. You really want to get depressed? Read through the comments of that editorial. Apparently, the two-state solution is dead. The majority of the commenters insist that Israel must become what Ghaddafi labeled "Isratine." Yeah. That'll happen. Because the Arabs/Muslims are known to be so kind to the other religious and ethnic groups living within their lands. Just look at their track record. The one of death, misery, and destruction.
