If they have to work to make a living they won't have time for terrorism. I'm pleased to see that the Arab states will not be an impediment to this idea, since they have already mostly given up sending money to the Palis. Now let's get the US, the EU, the UN, and Israel to follow suit. I am not convinced, however, that the Palis actually want a state. I think what they want is to kill Jews, and will follow whomever promises to lead them to this goal. Which corrupt tyrants oppress them is otherwise a matter of indiffference to them. They voted overwhelmingly for Hamas because Hamas promised more Jew-killing than Fatah.
