		<description>I noticed this underreporting of Israeli deaths in connection with the peak terror month of March 2002. I don&#039;t know what the press&#039; count is, but the Human Rights Watch report in October 2002 placed the figure at 108 deaths.  However, the Israel Foreign Ministry website lists the names of 132 people killed. That&#039;s 24 people, in one month, ignored by HRW.</description>
