		<description>I would give him a break on this one.  Nicole has been in and out of drug/alcohol rehab since she was in her early teens.  Her peers gave her the drugs and booze.  Her parents put her in rehab.  I&#039;ve seen this scenario with normal parents with what were once normal children.  Compounding the substance issues is the Hollywood primary value of fame. Or notoriety, as it seems that America may have lost the distinction between the two.  So, drugs and the fame game have produced another addled woman who will serve as a negative example to some and a horrible role model emulated by many more.
