What they mean, really, is: “Jews, out, altogether.”

All over the world, what unites people is that they don’t like Jews. I can think of an exception, however, a country where anti-Semitisim does exist but where, by and large, Jews are accepted and the society is fully open to them.

And one of my regrets is that when my grandparents were alive I did not thank them profusely for coming to that country rather than the alternatives.
