Lightening the mood
The story of Max. It’s four and a half minutes long, and it’s hilarious.

Merci, Max.

Steve, humor is subjective. I couldn’t stop laughing. You can’t have too many parodies of French film noir. Especially not ones that star the writer of Chinese fortune cookies.

I just found that depressing…like all such French films.
Poor kitty; must have been the second hand smoke.
I DO always wonder if the translation is accurate; I know that sometimes, it isn’t even close, if the actor knows that he isn’t playing for an audience that actually knows the language, he can get away with saying most anything…

I see now. My wife and I haven’t had much experience with French cinema beyond the short in Monty Python’s Meaning of Life {Fishy fishy fishy FISH! :) }. It probably works much better if you’re familiar with French noir.
