Innocent civilians, including children, are being terrorized by the outlaw State of Hamastan, and the "leaders" of Israel sit on their hands and allow it to happen. Out of fear of "world opinion?" Regardless of what you may think of George W. Bush, he's a great example of how to react to "world opinion" when executing a war. At this point, it's time to stop blaming the Palestinians for what the Israeli Government is allowing them to do.
